URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Using First Class Migration Australia For Your Subclass 457 Or ENS Application

URGENT ANNOUNCEMENT: Using First Class Migration Australia For Your Subclass 457 Or ENS Application

For this week ending Friday 9 February 2018, we would like to advise our corporate clients to urgently instruct our services for any 457 nomination and visa applications that need to be lodged before the 457 visa is abolished.

As you will all be aware, the Department of Home Affairs (formerly Department of Immigration and Border Protection) introduced huge legislative changes, including the introduction of the TSS, that will be coming into effect March 2018 (date to be confirmed). Unfortunately, we will not be able to guarantee lodgement if we are not instructed by the end of this week.

We would also like to advise that as of today, Monday 5 February 2018, we cannotaccept any ENS Direct Entry applications from clients who do not already have a positive skills assessment. We no longer have time to lodge and receive a positive skills assessment on behalf of these clients in time to lodge their permanent application before the new legislation is enacted.

Anyone wishing to apply for employer sponsored permanent visas are urged to instruct us immediately. These all must be lodged by the end of February.

Please don’t hesitate to contact our office for any further information.
